Tote-ally Moved ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
When you book, redeem a gift, or subscribe as a partner we collect the details needed to deliver the service: your name, email, phone, delivery address, and booking details. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our systems. Agents and partners also provide business details for their accounts.
To deliver and collect your hire, send booking confirmations and service messages, manage subscriptions and gift redemptions, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing without your consent.
When an agent gifts you a tote pack, the agent provides us your name and email so we can send your redemption code. We use these details only to deliver the gift.
Your information is stored on secured systems, with access limited to the people who operate the business. Passwords are stored encrypted. We keep records only as long as needed for the service and our tax obligations.
